There is no book; PowerPoint print outs and handouts are used. Homework assignments focus on the students discovering how their own organizations are executing the human resource initiatives discussed in classes. Students will be asked to analyze those practices to determine whether changes or additions are in order. Homework will prepare students for real-life class discussion with actionable takeaways.
