TEAS is a computer-based assessment including four subtests: Reading, English, Math, and Science. The test is used to help determine eligibility for admission into the Nursing Program. Questions about registration, please call 863-297-1033. If you feel that you may want to pursue your nursing education at Polk State College, please create a Polk State College account by visiting https://passport.polk.edu/Genesis/navigate/student2.jsp and choose Apply to Polk State College. In approximately four days you will receive an email with a Polk State College student ID number. Please have your student ID number with you on test day and your TEAS score will be added to your student record - this will save you a future fee from ATI when you request test scores to be sent to Polk State College.
