TEAS is a computer-based assessment including four subtests: Reading, English, Math, and Science. The test is used to help determine eligibility for admission into the Nursing Program and Allied Health Programs. Questions about registration, please call 863-297-1033. If you feel that you may want to pursue your nursing or allied health education at Polk State College, please apply to Polk State College. In approximately four days you will receive an email with a Polk State College student ID number. Please have your student ID number with you on test day and your TEAS score will be added to your student record - this will save you a future fee from ATI when you request test scores to be sent to Polk State College.

Please read:  If a prospective tester registers for the ATI TEAS Test at a Polk State College testing site but decides not to test when scheduled, they MUST email WHTesting@polk.edu seven days prior to the time/date of the test to avoid losing their entire testing fee. This guideline applies to rescheduling (changing test dates/times), canceling, or not showing up for testing.
